WHY I DO THIS WORK
As an immigrant woman myself, I know how tough it can be to feel like you're starting from scratch in a new country. The job market was made by men, for men so it seems extra overwhelming for us. It’s easy to feel lost in a sea of possibilities, unsure of which direction to take.
That’s why I’m committed to empowering women like you to overcome barriers, from language difficulties to the mental roadblocks of imposter syndrome and lack of confidence. I want you to know that you belong—and you are more than capable and ready to build a fulfilling career that aligns with your values, no matter where you’re starting from.
MY JOURNEY
After years of working with talented, passionate immigrant women struggling to find their footing in the U.S. job market, I realized there was a gap. These women were brilliant, but they lacked the clarity, support, and the tools needed to turn their professional dreams into reality.
I started creating mentoring programs that combine self-discovery, personal development, and practical tools—like helping women craft the perfect resume, optimize their LinkedIn profiles, and prepare for interviews that showcase their unique strengths.

Master of Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a Dean’s list certificate (for students with a GPA higher than 3.8)
